Directions

LOCATION

The Studio is located at 599 Valley Health Plaza, Paramus, New Jersey. It is 1/2 mile south of the Ridgewood Avenue Exit of Route 17 and the Garden State Parkway.

FROM ROUTE 17 (North or South)

Take the Ridgewood Avenue exit towards Oradell. Make a right on Winters Avenue. Go 1/4 mile and turn right on Valley Health Plaza. The Studio is one block down on the right next to the New Jersey Children's Museum.

FROM THE GARDEN STATE PARKWAY

Take exit 165 "Ridgewood Avenue" and follow signs towards Ridgewood. At the second traffic light, make a left onto Winters Avenue. Follow the directions above.

FROM TAPPAN ZEE BRIDGE

Take Route 87 North to the Garden State Parkway South and follow directions above.

FROM NEW YORK CITY

Take the George Washington Bridge to Route 4 West. Go ten miles to Route 17 North. The Ridgewood Avenue exit is 3.5 miles from Route 4. Follow the directions from Route 17 above.

FROM POINTS WEST

Take Route 80 to The Garden State Parkway North, then follow directions above.

PARKING

There is plenty of free parking immediately adjacent to the entrance.
